Vice President Talent and Development
Since joining Anderson in 2011, Senia has held a variety of leadership roles. As Vice President Talent and Development, her primary focus is on identifying talent, maintaining, and motivating our associates, and building processes to ensure we are consistently serving our customers at the highest level through great people. She brings to this role over 25 years of experience in the areas of healthcare, finance, operations, marketing, and analytics.
Senia earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The College of St. Scholastica and is passionate about helping her community through her philanthropic work. She and her husband Nathan have two children, Kaitlin and Carter.
