Sean Simmons

Chief Financial Officer

Sean joined Anderson Merchandisers as CFO in 2022, coming from the global accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining, Sean oversaw the financial statement audits for a diverse client base across the United States, including leading the Anderson Companies’ audit for over six years. Additionally, he led his market practice’s firm-wide transformation initiatives around emerging technologies, entrepreneurial drive and leadership skills. Sean serves on the Young Benefactors Board for the First Tee of Greater Dallas.

Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Davidson College and a master’s in Accountancy from Vanderbilt University. Sean is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Morgan, have one son, Price.
