Mike Vance serves as Chief Operations Officer for Anderson Merchandisers, leading the execution and delivery of retailer and supplier programs across the organization, including merchandising, distribution, remodels, and special projects. He is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring consistent execution across Anderson’s service platforms.

Mike began his career with Anderson Merchandisers in 1993 as a Sales Representative and has advanced through numerous leadership roles spanning Field Operations, Marketing, Product Purchasing, Sales, and Executive Leadership. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of National Sales, where he led customer-focused teams dedicated to delivering exceptional account management and business growth.

With more than three decades of industry experience, Mike brings a deep understanding of retail execution, customer partnerships, and operational strategy. His broad leadership background and commitment to excellence have played a significant role in Anderson’s continued success and position him well to lead the company’s operations into the future.
